SEND & SIGN

A clear next step for everyone.

The signer gives explicit consent and signs their assigned fields. Track progress and send reminders from your workspace.

04

KEEP

Keep the agreement and its record.

When everyone has signed, download the completed PDF.

Export the supporting record with signing events and evidence. Keep your own copies alongside the records in SignedOff.

04 / YOUR RECORD
Agreement completed ✓PDF + signing evidence

Before you upload your PDF.

Use a flat PDF up to 4 MiB and 50 pages. Interactive PDF forms and rotated or cropped pages are not supported. Export a clean PDF from your document editor before uploading.

Example: a client service agreement

Finish the scope, fee, and timeline first. Add yourself and your client as signers, assign each person their signature and date fields, and review the PDF before sending. Your client opens the invitation and verifies access to their email. After everyone signs, download the completed PDF and evidence for your project records.
