SignedOff is an Evercrest Technologies LLC product for preparing PDFs, collecting electronic signatures, and maintaining related records. Features and limits depend on the selected workspace or API plan.
Your account and documents
Use accurate account information, keep access to your email secure, and upload only documents you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for your document’s content and the authority of the people involved.
Signing suitability
SignedOff provides signing tools and records. It does not review the legal content of your agreement, establish every signer’s legal identity, or determine whether electronic execution is suitable for a particular transaction.
Plans and payments
Workspace subscriptions and API subscriptions are separate. Prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase in the app. API usage beyond the included allowance may create additional charges.
