Information involved
SignedOff processes account email addresses, document content, signer names and email addresses, and information recorded during signing. When you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, selected topic, and message to respond to your request. Signing records may include consent, verification events, timestamps, observed IP addresses, browser details, and document hashes.
How it is used
This information is used to provide accounts, deliver documents and verification messages, collect signatures, preserve signing evidence, manage billing, and maintain the service.
Service providers
The current implementation uses Cloudflare infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for billing. These providers support hosting, transactional communication, and payment processing.
Retention and requests
The current app retains documents indefinitely by default and does not have an automatic purge or document deletion endpoint. Closing an account does not automatically delete its signing records. For a document sent to you by a business, contact that business about the information in the agreement.
